如果为赚钱做一个公司，为尽快地套现做一个公司，是完全不能成功的，可以说成功的机率是零。做互联网公司首先是要有热情、有激情、有兴趣，做事才能成功。最重要的是踏踏实实地把你所感兴趣的业务快速做大，这点是非常重要的，而不是铜臭气地想怎样快速赚钱，怎样卖掉公司自己赢利。

互联网初创期就决定你的命运，你作一个新的互联网公司，两星期之内团队的组建决定了你这个互联网公司的性格、文化和未来发展的能力。所以每一个新兴互联网公司的血统，在两星期之内就能决定，你的团队的搭建决定了你的血统和未来的机率。

赚钱的生意离不开合作伙伴的支持，就像中国有句话，“出门靠朋友”，无论是互联网还是无线互联网，都有一个生态价值链，都有不同的合作伙伴，不同的双赢模式，促成产业链的发展。所以我觉得，在互联网领域中，合作伙伴非常重要。特别是，你是互联网，但是你要依托于传统的媒体，传统的模式发展。就像周杰伦一样，如果周杰伦不红，他的音乐的短信能赚钱吗？

合伙人就像一个大厦的地基，如果打得不好，是要有分歧的，公司也没法运作。一些人跟着这个人，那些人跟着那个人，最后分崩离析，其实这样就不要一起干，最好是一个人干。如果合伙了，必须是要有信任，而且谁是CEO是最重要的，他必须要有心胸去容下别人。因为他不是代表他自己，而是代表我们大家。有没有合伙人最关键的是根据自己的条件判断的，如果你没有合伙人，看着别人有，自己也就去找而没有考虑自己的能力，这是很糟糕的。

创业成功就是两点，一点是商务模式，一点是坚韧不拔的精神。首先要选择适合你的商业模式，即我能做这个事儿，而且有很多资源，当你做的事情没有优势的时候，你就必然会失败。所以做一件事情的时候要想，第一，你是不是有钱，没有钱肯定做不了；第二，你是不是最适合的，如果你发现你根本就不适合这件事，那就不要做了，因为肯定会必败无疑。所以从商业模式来讲，对于创业的人，无论是下一代互联网还是手机，一定要想清楚是不是适合你做，然后你再去做，这样你成功的机率会大一点。新的应用很多，新的东西也很多，但是不一定是你的。比如新浪利用它的门户、资金等优势杀进来，你可能先做了两年，都是很快湮没了。对于创业企业，找下一个应用固然重要，但更重要的是要看到你是否有优势去做，当你认准了的时候，就要坚韧不拔地去做。

陈一舟不用说了，几起收购，陈一舟最近很是HAPPY。还想着让猫扑上市。那天，我和他聊的有创业，也有猫扑上市这些话题。

对真正怀有一个创业的抱负，真正想做一些事情的人来说，并购也好、上市也好，只不过是公司非常漫长的道路中的一个小小的里程碑，而且是刚刚开始。

这一波创业潮理性比较强，做公司理性比较强，投资人理性也比较强。创新的度比以前大，以前的创业基本是照搬国外商业模式来搞，而现在的创业很多是要走中国独特的国情，国外好的东西不一定中国能适用，所以说，创新的难度加大。

新的创新小企业，它们面临着两方面的因素，一方面，市场迅速扩大，这是他们的机会。另外一方面，已经成功的公司是很强劲的竞争对手.对小公司来说，一方面它的机会好，一方面面对这些“庞然大物”们，也不是好惹的。

有一些弯路是必须要走的，如果不走，就不知道原来是这样，是学习中的一部分。最重要的还是要明白，创业的目的是什么？做生意的目的是什么？最终是为赢利。在热潮当中人们经常会说一些没有赢利基础的概念，大家要小心了，最终要想到这是一门生意，你的投入最终是要产出的。属于有这个把握就做，不然的话，肯定是在做一个空的梦想，最终还是会找不到这个梦的。

马晓霖:可能公司发展到一定时候，需要突破技术上的一些瓶颈、人才上的瓶颈，因为现在明显感觉到事业发展得非常快，但是对人才的需求，特别是核心骨干人才的需求非常大。还有是能不能找到一个很好的持久发展的模式，而且根据市场的变化进行调整，这是我比较担心的。

许飞：在发展的过程中，担心的问题其实主要还是我们的竞争对手，不是担心它会比我们快，而是担心它们比我们慢。在市场上，竞争对手，其实也是我的一个朋友，我们会经常研究竞争对手的产品，希望在市场上和他们一起成长，因为这样大家可以互相激励，互相鼓舞。因为帮助自己成长的就是自己的对手。

如果一个商业网站不能赢利，那就没有注册的必要，如果一个网民都不付费，那他也可以找到一个替代品。如果一个网站不赢利，那就没有任何价值。

现在创业更当时，因为互联网的投资商更趋于理性、更趋于成熟，投资者不要求你必须达到什么时候赢利、什么时候上市，如果不能马上上市，那么能不能养活自己？现在的气氛比2000年好得多，那时候的人一门心思在上市，现在的人的想法更趋于成熟。因此说，目前对于创业者来说是一个非常好的时机。

创办一家公司，要符合三个条件：一是必须是个来钱的行业，二是必须要做到老大，三是目前已有的公司或新的竞争对手不易进入。第一家公司鲨威体坛曾经大名鼎鼎，但就是因为竞争对手新浪体育太强大，最后在对抗中落败，不得不出售给了TOM网。

有核心竞争力，比较稳定的前景互联网公司，无一例外都是接受市场经济最前端的游戏规则，这个游戏规则无论投资方、大股东、小股东、经营层乃至员工，心里满意也罢，不满意也罢，大家都接受、遵循，游戏规则后面诚信原则，包括由于你违反诚信所潜在的法律风险这一套我觉得是现在成功互联网一个基本基石。再棒的判断，放在一个错误的或者叫不成熟的游戏规则下，你是输的。所以这个是最重要的，在这个基础上，其它一些常规的管理因素、沟通因素，奖励制度，培训，让员工感到有前途，有事业发展的方向，这些都是应该的。
