如何在激烈的环境中成功创业

在创业时，要善于整合内外资源，有效借助外力或外部资源降低创业成本、加快企业成长速度、提升企业运营效率并提高企业创业成功率；要具备足够的随需而变的能力，随时应对市场的不确定性变化；善于走“捷径”，早点开始积累，诸如“边打工边创业”――赚着老板的钱，学着老板的经验

创业，是新颖的、创新的、灵活的、有活力的、有创造性的，以及能承担风险的，发现并把握机遇只是创业的一个重要部分，创业包括创造价值、创建并经营一家新的营利型企业的过程，通过个人或一个群体投资组建公司，来提供新产品或服务，以及有意识地创造价值的过程。创业是创造不同的价值的一种过程，这种价值的创造需要投入必要的时间和付出一定的努力，承担相应的金融、心理和社会风险，并能在金钱上和个人成就感方面得到回报。当前常见的创业方式主要有：

一是网络创业。有效利用现成的网络资源，网络创业主要有两种形式：网上开店，在网上注册成立网络商店；网上加盟，以某个电子商务网站门店的形式经营，利用母体网站的货源和销售渠道。

二是加盟创业。分享品牌金矿，分享经营诀窍，分享资源支持，采取直营、委托加盟、特许加盟等形式连锁加盟，投资金额根据商品种类、店铺要求、加盟方式、技术设备的不同而不同。

三是兼职创业。即在工作之余再创业，如可选择的兼职创业：教师、培训师可选择兼职培训顾问；业务员可兼职代理其它产品销售；设计师可自己开设工作室；编辑、撰稿人可朝媒体、创作方面发展；会计、财务顾问可代理作帐理财；翻译可兼职口译、笔译；律师可兼职法律顾问和事务所；策划师可兼职广告、品牌、营销、公关等咨询；当然，你还可以选择特许经营加盟；顾客奖励计划等等。

四是团队创业：具有互补性或者有共同兴趣的成员组成团队进行创业。如今，创业已非纯粹追求个人英雄主义的行为，团队创业成功的几率要远高于个人独自创业。一个由研发、技术、市场融资等各方面组成，优势互补的创业团队，是创业成功的法宝，对高科技创业企业来说更是如此。

五是大赛创业。即利用各种商业创业大赛，获得资金提供平台，如Yahoo、Netscape等企业都是从商业竞赛中脱颖而出的，因此也被形象地称为创业“孵化器”。如清华大学王科、邱虹云等组建的“视美乐”公司、上海交大罗水权、王虎等创建的“上海捷鹏”等。

六是概念创业。即凭借创意、点子、想法创业。当然，这些创业概念必须标新立异，至少在打算进入的行业或领域是个创举，只有这样，才能抢占市场先机，才能吸引风险投资商的眼球。同时，这些超常规的想法还必须具有可操作性，而非天方夜谭。

七是内部创业，是指一些有创业意向的员工在企业的支持下，承担企业内部某些业务或项目，并与企业分享成果的创业模式。创业者无需投资却可获得丰富的创业资源，内部创业由于具有“大树底下好乘凉”的优势，因此也受到越来越多创业者的关注。

面对国内兴起的创业热潮，同质化现象已非常严重，竞争异常激烈，如何在激烈的环境中获取创业的成功呢？

一、进行理性创业

特别是初次创业，一定要理性思考，弄清以下几个方面的问题：一是创业的盈利模式，必须找到利润点，要有明确的利润来源；二是要做最糟糕情况下的运营预算，而不是以理想的数据来做预测，要防止投资预算偏小、市场预测失准、成本估算偏低等现象，过于理想化必然导致预期效益偏高，出现问题时就会措手不及；三是要有整合资源的能力，初次创业要“整合一切可利用的力量”，打造一个优势互补的利益共同体。

以此有效降低成本，提升运营效率，使企业运营事半功倍；四是各种资源“链条”不能断，这里的资源是指原辅材料、人才、产品、资金、渠道等要素，为做到这一点企业必须降低对某些资源的依存度，或者具备调动、牵制资源的能力；五是产品潜力，无论是有形产品还是无形产品，产品必须有Cye.com.cn市场潜力与市场价值，这关系到市场成长性，如果产品成长性差，那么创业也就难于成功；六是技术应具有新颖性，为成熟技术，不应是伪科学技术、实验室技术、淘汰技术，或者政府禁止或不鼓励采用的技术，否则投资就可能“打水漂”。对创业的目标顾客、资金来源、合作伙伴（需要互补性）、创业方式、运营模式等都具有非常清晰的了解，从大处着眼，从小处着手，关注细节，理性创业。

初次创业企业有很多起步与发展模式，诸如特许加盟、代理知名品牌产品、贴牌生产产品、为大企业配套、利用已被认可的市场形象或概念开发新项目等等。如当前加盟和代理是一种快速的创业方式，但风险也伴随许多，在决定加盟前，一定要切实关注细节，通过利用网络、对该企业利益相关者的咨询等来加深对企业的理解，即使是有加盟样板店，也不要被表象迷惑，提高自我保护的法律意识；最好先请律师确认，并学会应用附加条款来保护自己；从而选择最适合的模式。如要加盟或代理服装，首先应该对自己所在城市的服装市场进行一定的了解，尤其是你店铺周边商圈的同行情况，要做到心里有数。如果你店铺周围开了很多家的休闲装品牌专卖店，竞争自然会特别激烈，那么这时你可以错开经营范围，比较分析后细分目标市场，如将目标锁定在淑女装或职业装上，效果也许会更好；如果当地的消费者偏爱产地在上海的女装，不喜欢温州产的，那么你可以优先考虑加盟上海的品牌。

把这些问题都明确了，根据这些情况来决定加盟品牌的大致定位，然后有的放矢地找寻加盟品牌。其次看它选择产品的产品定价在类似品牌中是不是具有价格竞争力，设计风格跟当地消费者的消费习惯和偏好是不是吻合，尽量避免矛盾和冲突的可能性。当然，产品的受欢迎程度一方面是一个品牌多年来慢慢沉淀的结果，另一方面也跟公司的广告支持密切相关。如果一个品牌持续性地在全国性的媒体上投放广告，保持一定的媒体曝光率，那么对它的受欢迎程度一定是有相当大帮助的。最后要选择方式，可选择商场店中店，也可选择专卖店，创业时就应该根据风险和个人资金实力而定，一般来说，一家商场店中店的投资额为20万~30万元之间，但是作为分销商或者经销商大多会同时在多家商场开设店中店，因此投资多在百万元以上。

二、自我检查分析

初次创业，你可能会遇到来自不同方面的风险，如政策风险，诸如国家及地方性法律法规、产业政策，临时性、突发性出台的政策法规等等；决策风险，不同的决策方案有不同的机会成本，以及不同的机会风险；市场风险，这是核心风险因素，如更强势的竞争对手出现导致竞争加剧，市场形势变化；扩张风险，诸如企业规模扩张、经营领域扩张、项目扩张等方面。如果扩张很盲目，不能与企业能力、市场需求合拍，是极其危险的；人事风险，其实人事风险不仅仅表现在使企业组织不能正常运行上，还表现在当员工不能为创业企业所用时，到竞争对手那里去挖创业企业的“墙角”等等。面对不同方面的风险，你需要自我检查分析，具备一些基本的素质，如勇气信心、行业背景和思考能力。其中，创业勇气和信心是第一位的，很多创业者历经艰辛与磨难，最终能够走出创业低谷，信念发挥了至关重要的作用。其实，对于第一次创业者，最难过的就是“心理关”：怕赔、怕软环境不好，这种心理阻碍了无数人下海创业。

如对于资金难的问题，你可以通过向朋友筹集；可以设计商业计划书去融资；可以申请创业基金；可以贷款。在创业时，要善于整合内外资源，有效借助外力或外部资源降低创业成本、加快企业成长速度、提升企业运营效率并提高企业创业成功率；要具备足够的随需而变的能力，随时应对市场的不确定性变化；善于走“捷径”，早点开始积累，诸如“边打工边创业”――赚着老板的钱，学着老板的经验，为老板做事的同时自己的事业也起来了，然后适时撤出：“先做员工后做老板”――先为老板经营公司，然后再承包公司，乃至最终买下公司，这是一种最好的“捷径”，因为“聚变”和“裂变”都推动企业成长，要善于裂变，开始内部创业（如蒙牛是从伊利裂变出来的）。

三、具有创业精神

创业总是需要一个契机，除了市场定位的准确，第一次创业能否成功很大程度上还仰赖创业人的个人素质。如果你拥有良好的专业背景、人脉资源、经营智慧等，你的创业就大大增加了成功的系数。创业不是一个可以克隆的模式，但是激情和感情投入是成功的共性因素。在创业过程中，要学会适当的放弃，创业时因资源和能力有限，需要的是集中精力把有优势的项目做好，所谓厚积才能薄发，而盲目的多元化经营是致命的。要选择合适的合作伙伴，最好是合伙人的能力和资源能与你自己形成互补，从而形成稳定、可靠的合作关系。在创业过程中，需要具有创业精神。创业精神（Entrepreneurship）主要包括两方面的含义：第一方面是精神层面，“创业精神”代表一种“以创新为基础的做事与思考方式”；第二方面是实质层面，“创业精神”代表一种“发掘机会，组织资源建立新公司，进而提供市场新的价值。”对于初创企业来说，不仅需要个体的创业精神，还需要组织的创业精神。所谓个体的创业精神，指的是以个人力量，在个人的愿景引导下，从事创新活动，并进而创造一个新企业；而组织的创业精神则指在已存在的一个组织内部，以群体力量追求共同愿景，从事组织创新活动，进而创造组织的新面貌。

四、善于拓展人脉

在创业过程中，要学会拓展人脉资源，首先是培养自信与沟通能力，其次是学习适时赞美他人的能力。其实，每个人都有一套累积人脉的方式，但是，到底要如何才能有效率的提升人脉竞争力？提升人脉竞争力有许多技巧，但是，前提是一个人必须先具备自信与沟通能力。只有这样，才显得很自然，也不为难自己。以自信心来说，你的舒适圈（comfortzone，在不同场合中感觉到自在的程度）有多大？

想在创业过程中成功，你要善于学会把握机会，抓住一切机会去培育人脉资源与关系，其实有许多机会就在你身边，但你可能总是平白的让它流失。如在婚宴场合，你可以在出发前，先吃点东西，并提早到现场，因为，那是他们认识更多陌生人的机会；在外出旅行过程中，善于沟通与交流，主动与他人沟通等等。其次是沟通能力。所谓的沟通能力，其实就是了解别人的能力，包括了解别人的需要、渴望、能力与动机，并给予适当的反应。如何了解呢？要学会倾听，倾听是了解别人最妙的法宝。除了倾听，适时赞美别人也是沟通妙法。

在拓展你人脉资源的过程中，要注意人脉的深度、广度和关联度。人脉的深度即人脉关系纵向延伸的情况，达到了什么级别；人脉的广度即人脉关系横向CYe.com.cn延伸的情况，范围（区域与行业）有多广；人脉的关联度指人脉关系与个人所从事行业的相关性和人脉资源直接的相关性。人脉资源既要有广度和深度，又需要关联度，利用朋友的朋友或他人的介绍等去拓展你的人脉资源，从长远考虑，千万不要有人脉“近视症”，需要关注成长性和延伸空间。

总之，成功的创业都是相似的，失败的创业各有各的不同。关键在于根据自身情况，包括资金能力、行业背景、团队情况、核心资源情况等等选择最适合的创业道路和模式，保持平常心态，具有自信心和坚强的毅力，整合内外部资源，动态调整，与时俱进，从而使初创企业在竞争激烈的社会中获取健康快速的成长和发展。
