　　有些老板惧怕雇用太精明的员工，但许多创业家认为，雇用精明能干的员工，不但有助于业务的拓展，而且自己也可向他们学习，所以许多创业家把成功归因于“雇用比他们精明的员工”。

　　三、时常与创业经验丰富的人聚餐

　　只要他人具有你所欠缺的实际经验，你不妨主动积极地邀约对方的空当时间，不管是早餐、午餐或晚餐，多与这类“过来人”聚餐聊聊，汲取他们的点子与心得。

　　四、利用视听器材增加管理知识
