创业投资要选准方向,经济飞速发展的今天,都有哪些领域是创业中的金矿,专家总结出了九大方向。
 
　　一、日用小商品产销领域

　　浙江义乌小商品市场，上海的襄阳路小商品市场、福佑路小商品市场等，为什么都远近闻名生意兴隆？就是因为日用小商品和人们的生活息息相关，可以说是永不没落的朝阳产业，而且这一领域多为劳动密集型产品，非常适合于小企业生产。这一领域中，除了人们基本生活需要的吃、穿、用、住、行外，还有文、教、体和娱乐产品等。日用小商品产销投资小，经营灵活，特别适合于民营经济，个人创业。

　　二、服务领域

　　人民生活水平的不断提高，对物质精神需求的不断增加，再加上市场的逐渐细分，都预示着服务领域的良好前景。诸如西点咖啡、中西快餐、服饰鞋帽、居家装饰、视听娱乐产品租售、美容护肤、花卉租售、便利连锁等，都是人们生活离不开的。上述行业，一般都以开店面经营为主，可分为独立开店与加盟两种，本版每期介绍的“4050”项目，大多就是特许加盟形式。上海目前已经进入老龄社会，独生子女家庭又让年轻的爸爸妈妈在孩子教育上舍得投资，于是，为儿童提供教育和为老人提供看护，包括家教、幼儿园、居家护理、家政服务等，也成了热门行业。

　　三、专业配套领域

　　从我国的经济发展态势看，今后国有资本将集中投向基础性领域、支柱性产业和尖端科技；另一方面，入世后，外国大型企业在中国的投资也会增加，目前世界500强跨国企业就有一半以上在上海开设机构。就总体而言，大企业和中小企业相辅相成。仅通用汽车在浦东投资，就吸引了80多家配套外资企业在浦东落户。因此，像家电、机械、食品等行业的发展，都会带动一大批中小企业发展起来。即使是国外进入中国的大企业，也离不开当地中小企业的配套。

　　四、进出口领域

　　入世以后，我国和世界经济的依存度肯定越来越高，目前我国进出口总值已进入世界7大国行列，仅上海今年的出口总额预计将达到300亿美元。民营经济将在外贸中扮演重要角色。目前，上海的私营外贸企业就有1200家左右。上海迪赛诺维生素有限公司和上海双风骨明胶有限公司，首次亮相国际市场就不同凡响，1~8月出口分别达到371万美元和270万美元。

　　五、现代农业领域

　　中央农业工作会议强调，要调整农业产业结构和提高农民收入，很重要的一条是组建“公司＋农户＋市场”的种（养）、加、销一条龙，即发展以农副产品加工业为龙头、以农民家庭为农副产品原材料生产基地、以海内外为目标市场的产销形式。本市日前已确定了19家市级农业产业化重点龙头企业，但仍需要更多的规模不等的龙头企业。在农产品的初加工和深加工以及综合利用方面，有志于此的创业者是大有可为的。
 
　　六、高新科技领域

　　高新科技产品代表未来，也非常适合中小企业经营。特别是在技术成熟之前以及技术刚成熟时，不可能大规模地生产。即使是在研制、开发阶段，中小企业也是大有可为的。此外，互联网、电子商务、软件开发等信息产业，起步投资少、对场地要求不高、设备相对简单，一两个素质比较高的科技人员带几个帮手就可以开业。近年来，本市为科技创业者营造了良好的氛围，仅浦东软件园，2010年的目标是集聚上千家科技小企业。

　　七、旅游产品领域

　　经过几年的努力，上海已基本形成都市旅游的格局，“千百万人游上海”开始实现，近几年国庆黄金周，上海就接待游客365万人次。旅游产品是一个相当可观的市场，然而上海在这方面和旅游市场的发展还很不适应。根据“一业特强”的方针，黄浦区将开发旅游纪念品作为“一业特强”，设在南京东路外滩的“海上情怀”礼品街，预计明年一月开张，目前进驻客户已超出现有商铺的几倍。由此可见，旅游产品市场潜力不小。

　　八、环保领域

　　包括垃圾回收、加工利用乃至于修旧利废。为了适应国民经济的可持续发展，我国环保产业的需求量非常大。而且将来经济越发展，人民生活水平越提高，环保产业的需求量就越大。目前环保投资与市场需求的差距很大，国家鼓励并给予优惠政策，而且还几乎没有出现竞争。其中仅废旧物，估计产值超过万亿之多。

　　九、行业“空间”

　　随着入世后“国民待遇”规则的实施，企业准入范围扩大，为小企业投资拓展了空间。据有关资料，目前我国企业经营中的80个行业中，允许外国企业进入的约60个，而允许国内民营企业进入的约40个，空间很大。另外，电信、邮政、铁路、航空、石油等垄断企业，由于企业规模过大，其价值链条很短，服务质量不高。
