美女方华给我发来了预告短信，说他们酷6网外号为李鲁花（鲁花为压榨专家）的李善友同志会做客BTV5的《名人堂》栏目，畅谈打工与创业。 www.sjzcity.com 这条短信被爱人在例行检查中发现了，由于我和善友兄也是老朋友，经常提到他，所以爱人也对他很熟悉。再加上她平时也爱看什么打工啊创业啊的节目，所以热情竟然比我还高。

   节目开始前几分钟，爱人就开始喊我。领导发令，我只好抱着笔记本来到客厅，一边鼓捣我的东西一边看李善友和鲁众的对于自己从高级打工仔到创业者历程的精彩分享。

    节目很精彩，这里就不多说了。在这里重点要说的是节目中副嘉宾品牌专家陈石头先生的一句话，他说最适合创业的三个年龄分别是25岁、35岁、45岁。

    我很认同这个观点，以前也曾经表达过类似的观点。周末在一个活动上与大学生们现场交流时，我也谈过这个观点，并建议大学生们应该先去打工，而不是选择创业。

    先说第一个适合创业的年龄：25岁。对于大多数人来说，22岁左右大学毕业，等到25岁时，积累了那么一点点可怜的经验，基本上知道了自己想要什么。然后，这个年龄所充满的激情，天不怕地不怕的勇气，适合创业。反正，光脚的不怕穿鞋的。

    再说说第二个适合创业的年龄：35岁。这个年龄一般来说打工有一定的成就了，或者是高级打工仔，或者小有成就，各方面都有了很多基础，可以放手去创业。这个年龄的人最有创业的冲动，亲戚朋友也经常在耳边鼓动。而且这个年龄即使创业不成，三四年后三十八九岁，也在打工的黄金年龄，还可以回过头去打工。

    最后说说第三个适合创业的年龄：45岁。这个时候再去创业，可谓是把咬了好多次了。但凡到了这个年龄，创业就没有多少退路，输不起了。在这个年龄去创业，更多的靠的自己前半生的资源和人脉。

    总之一句话，25岁靠激情，35岁靠积累，45岁靠人脉，这是三个最适合创业的年龄。当然这不是绝对的，只是相对普遍而已。
