没钱、没学历，就等于没后台。事实很现实，有时后台也要门户当对，有政府高官的亲戚，他们帮助对象是有学历的，找份低工资的工作，用得着他们帮吗？现在那里都在招聘杂工。有个有钱的兄弟姐妹，有钱他们就会买房买车，做生意，他们的钱一样紧张。没钱的向有钱的借钱，他们会说我的房贷，车贷的钱还差银行几十万,我没还清，他们说的是真的，你应该理解。这年代有钱的谁不是差银行的钱？有钱的老板会以公司的名义向银行借钱，他们借的钱，堆在你身上完全可以把你压成肉饼。我想起小时候老师讲的一个故事‘一个穷的侄子向有钱的财主姑妈借粮，姑妈说，我的鸡、鸭、鹅、牛、羊、马一天要吃几升米，粮也刚刚够吃，借粮给你，我的这些畜生就会饿死。’现在的姑妈们不养畜生，但，她们会买房买铺，想几年以后就一间变两间。借钱给没学历的穷人你发财，只怕发财发财，几年以后你的名字已改成叫蠢才。他们是这样思索的，姑妈们没错，穷人的你发财机率真的很低.她们的房产一间变两间时你应该高兴，好在她们没借钱给你。

   一、没学历，是知识上的平穷。

    二、真的没钱，财富上的平穷。

    父母是农民,不是盖茨，当然没家底，1000几百元的工资也很难存点钱。

    三、没后台，人脉上的平穷。

    算了算一大堆，穷人真的一无是处，四面楚歌，其实，只要我们改变观点，寻找机会，创业并不是那么可怕。
    一、我是穷人

   ‘我是穷人’是穷人的最大财富，创业也是穷人，不创业也是穷人，反正是穷，何不自已创业，创业是穷人能最快速增长财富的创富之路，创业没有平富之分，不用怕学历问题，不加工资，不升职。我就是老板，业绩就是最好的见证，给人打工业绩好了并不代表你的能力，某日化行业，业绩由几千万做到6亿，于老板就这样说过‘我这么大的广告投放量，就是条猪也能将业绩做起来’。后来证明猪才会讲这样的话，但已没意义了。中国是发展中国家，发展中国家就意味着有很多很多的发展机会，发展中国家就意味着70%-80%的工作并不要高数质的人才，初中文化都完全胜任，行业是没有穷富之分的，富人投资100万元创业的行业，穷人可以选1万元就可以创业的行业。

    二、选择行业

    因为钱不多，就选自己最熟悉的行业，你是养猪的看到造飞机利润大，就想造飞机，当然不行，飞机的一个镙丝你也做不起，就是做下了你也很难卖出去。

    当然你的钱就象飞机一样飞到九霄云外去了。在自己了解的行业看有没有值得创新的贡目，创新并不一定要科学工作者来完成的。因为是发展中国家，所以很多项目还留在低水平的基础，互联网那么发达的今天，有关原子弹的资料都是有可能找到，你要的鸡蛋卵小鸡的技术轻而易举的找到，把找来的技术综合分析，也许会找到一个创新点，最好找到创新点，因为，这点子创富最快，如果没创新仿真也可吗？当然一定要在合法的原则下。

    三、行业选定后

    先要了解同行，然后选几个同行做为学习对象，摸清他们的销售通路，他们是你的老师，他们把小鸡买到月球，你当然也跟着去。也许你会有你的想法，月球养不了小鸡。同行都不问这些，你是学生问这些干吗了？做学生一定要虚心向老师学习，才是好学生。有可能你想到把小鸡买到南极去，因为你想那是新市场，有一点一定要记住，创新是高风险，每一步都在创新，穷人的你是无法做到的。到时你的小鸡真的会在南极冻死。同行是冤家，一点没错，你毕业了他们的上帝明天可能已是你的上帝了。

   四、寻找市场

   因为向老师学习时你只是抢到了几个客户，这是不够的。不过这些客户已让你的小鸡不会冻死，饿死。它们翅膀已在慢慢成长，等待飞翔。960万平方公里的中国大地都有你的市场，互联网发达的今天，全球也有你的市场，市场变大以后，我们真的感到商场如战场，同行之间的如火如荼的竞争，很多人会对Cye.com.cn你说，要创新，产品要有差异化才有市场，我们也这样认为，其实，我们错了，互联网发达的今天，产品没有差异化，巴黎的模特还在T台行着猫步展示着性感和美丽，遥远的某个国度翻版可能已经做出来了。起步时的创新是不一样的，起步时只是面对几个客户在创新，给别人翻版几率是零。
